This is the place to pay in full for the Empower Your Nature retreat from August 24-30, 2026 at Hotel Il Cervo in Tarvisio, Italy.

Includes:

  • A bed in a shared double room* w/ private bathroom

  • Three organic/locally sourced meals per day (vegan, veg and non-veg options)

  • Daily morning yoga practice

  • Afternoon and/or evening Movement Medicine practice

  • 4 Nature Immersions:

    • Cold therapy RIVER plunge at Orrido dello Slizza

    • FOREST bathing, silent walking meditation & local wildlife education tour at Sentiero della Musica

    • Bike to and walk around LAKE, seated mediation at Laghi di Fusine

    • MOUNTAIN hike to the top of Monte Lussari

Paying in full automatically saves your spot on the retreat and includes a $555 USD non-refundable deposit. If you cancel on or anytime after April 30, 2026, we will not be able to offer any refund.
