This is the place to pay in full for the Empower Your Nature retreat from August 21-27, 2026 at Hotel Il Cervo in Tarvisio, Italy.

Includes:

  • A bed in a shared double room* w/ private bathroom

  • Three organic/locally sourced meals per day (vegan, veg and non-veg options)

  • Daily Movement Medicine practice

  • 5 Nature Immersions:

    • Cold remedy RIVER plunge at Orrido dello Slizza

    • FOREST bathing, terpene exposure, voice ritual & local wildlife education at Sentiero della Musica

    • Bike to, walk around and dip into glacial LAKE, seated mediation and self-reflection at Laghi di Fusine

Paying in full automatically saves your spot on the retreat and includes a $555 USD non-refundable deposit. If you cancel on or anytime after April 30, 2026, we will not be able to offer any refund.
